Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest communications. Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth strategies. Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales and reservations (experience in the Uttarakhand market preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and booking platforms. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
