What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of experience in

  management consulting

  revenue/sales operations

  , or similar roles—ideally in

  B2B SaaS

  high-growth tech

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced

  Excel/Google Sheets

  and

  BI tools

  (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• [Preferred] Proficiency in

  Salesforce

  and understanding of GTM workflows
• Experience with

  incentive/commission design

  ,

  forecasting

  territory management

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills

  and eagerness to learn and collaborate across teams

What You’ll Do:

• Set and manage

  sales targets

  incentive schemes

  , and ensure timely payouts
• Optimize

  sales territories

  and GTM workflows using tools like

  Salesforce

  Clay

• Monitor key

  revenue and productivity metrics

  and deliver actionable insights
• Build and maintain

  dashboards

  to track pipeline health, customer trends, and team performance
• Lead

  system improvements

  and pilot

  AI-native tools

  in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ensure

  data integrity

  and support executive reviews with high-impact analytics
