As a Revenue Operations Analyst at our growing SaaS team in Chennai, your role focuses on driving revenue growth through advanced analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Revenue Analytics & Business Intelligence - Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps - Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards in HubSpot, Power BI, and advanced reporting systems - Build automated workflows and sequences in HubSpot CRM for lead management and customer journey optimization - Conduct regular data analysis providing actionable insights to executive leadership team - Perform ad-hoc revenue analysis addressing specific business problem statements and strategic initiatives - Prepare monthly MIS reports and KPI dashboards for C-level review and board presentations - GTM Tech Stack Management & System Integration - Manage Go-to-Market tech-stack optimizing data infrastructure and system performance - Integrate CRM systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) with marketing automation, billing, and customer success platforms - Monitor and evaluate SaaS tools identifying cost-effective alternatives to enhance operational efficiency - Implement workflow automation between HubSpot and third-party tools - Data Systems & Revenue Operations Infrastructure - Lead data governance initiatives ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across revenue databases - Address data structure challenges as part of continuous improvement and scalability planning - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) to streamline revenue processes - Maintain data quality standards implementing best practices for clean, reliable, and actionable data - SaaS Metrics & Revenue Reporting - Deep expertise in SaaS metrics: ARR/MRR analysis, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Net Revenue Retention (NRR) - Advanced knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, and Churn metrics with predictive analytics capabilities - Cohort analysis and customer segmentation for retention and expansion strategies - Process Documentation & Optimization - Document process improvements updating Rules of Engagement (ROE) for GTM teams - Identify and implement efficiency enhancements reducing manual work and increasing automation - Create standard operating procedures for revenue operations workflows and data management - Cross-Functional Revenue Collaboration - Partner with Finance and Billing teams to validate bookings, revenue recognition, and forecasting accuracy - Collaborate with Engineering teams implementing GTM requirements and ensuring seamless system integrations - Work with Sales Enablement providing data-driven insights for performance improvement and training **Required Qualifications:** - Experience & Education - 1-3 years progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data Analysis, or related analytical roles - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or quantitative field - SaaS/Technology industry experience strongly preferred - Startup to scale-up environment experience valued - Technical Skills & Certifications - HubSpot expertise: Advanced workflows, reporting, and automation - Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker with dashboard creation and DAX experience - Data analysis proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (intermediate to advanced level) - Marketing automation tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot Marketing Hub experience - Statistical analysis and predictive modeling for revenue forecasting and churn prediction - Python/R knowledge for advanced analytics (bonus qualification) - Data warehouse experience: Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms (preferred) - GenAI tools and techniques proficiency with experience utilizing LLMs for business problem-solving - Core Skills & Mindset - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level executive reporting - Cross-functional collaboration expertise working effectively across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance - Adaptability in fast-paced environment with strong work ethic and ownership mindset - Proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex business challenges,
