Role Overview

Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Set room prices based on demand, occupancy & competitor analysis.
• Forecast demand and study market trends to guide pricing.
• Manage room inventory across OTAs and prevent over/under-booking.
• Optimize revenue for rooms, F&B, banquets, spa, and other services.
• Analyze booking patterns to identify high/low demand periods.
• Work closely with sales, marketing & front office to align strategies.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical & data understanding.
• Strategic thinking and quick decision-making.
• Good financial understanding.
• Market and demand awareness.
• Ability to adapt and work with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Experience in a similar revenue role.
• Knowledge of finance and data analytics.
• Technical skills in PMS, RMS & MS Excel.
