Operational Academic Coordination: · Supervise the preparation and timely dissemination of academic calendars, timetables, and course schedules in collaboration with Program Leaders. · Monitor and coordinate academic routines and classroom delivery across programs. · Ensure proper documentation, archival, and verification of academic records. · Support examination planning and coordination in collaboration with the exam team. Student Learning & Engagement: · Monitor academic performance and provide support for academic interventions to enhance student success. · Facilitate student feedback mechanisms and ensure follow-up actions are implemented to improve the learning experience. · Oversee the implementation of academic advising, mentoring, and academic support services. Quality Assurance & Accreditation: · Ensure institutional compliance with academic standards, university guidelines, and accreditation requirements. · Lead internal academic audits and contribute to quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement processes. · Develop and maintain metrics to evaluate academic effectiveness.
