Our esteemed client a 5 star hotel in Hyderabad is looking to hire Assistant Manager – HR to contribute to its dynamic team.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – HR. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as managing recruitment, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding, and offboarding. The Assistant Manager – HR will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing HR policies and procedures, and addressing employee grievances.
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include conflict resolution skills, experience with payroll and benefits, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Salary : 10-12 LPA (Slightly negotiable for the right candidate)
