MBA / MSW / PG in HR or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in HR activities
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
1. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships with Satellite unit employees
2. Resolving employee queries regarding attendance and time management of Satellite Unit employees3. Analyzing and reconciling data of Satellite Unit employees4. Daily Attendance monitoring of Satellite Unit employees5. Weekly or Monthly attendance report generation of Satellite Unit employees6. Onboarding and Staffs's welfare activities coordination of Satellite units7. Ensure the statutory requirements are done within the time frame of satellite units8. Visit satellite units as per requirement9. Support other HR related assignments as per the requirement and instruction from reporting officer10. Coordination of satellite unit employees' training needs
