Position Assistant Manager HR

Location – BKC, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

• Assistant Manager - HR will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions to support business operations in Oil and Gas sector.
• Develop and implement HR strategies & policies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies especially for technical / field and office roles
• Partner with line manager to drive performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with RPSL, labor laws, safety regulations and industry specific guidelines.
• Manage industrial relations and resolve complex employee issues and grievances.
• Lead training and development initiatives, with focus on operational excellence and safety.
• Design competitive compensation and benefits package suited for field and office personnel.
• Support organization change initiatives and business transformations
• Drive employee wellbeing
• Maintain effective HR records and data driven HR reporting.
• Supervise HR team across multiple sites or project locations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred with Master’s in human resource management or related field.
• 12+ years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years in senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
• Hands on SAP HR / Success Factor will be preferred.
