The position requires close coordination between carriers, internal teams, agents, and shippers to ensure smooth commercial operations and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to enquiries from Customer Service, Sales, and Agents. Obtain and negotiate ocean freight rates with shipping lines. Prepare and quote pricing as per management guidelines. Maintain strong relationships with carriers and operators for support and issue resolution. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and documentation teams for seamless execution. Analyze market trends, port performance, and enquiry conversions. Review team reports to boost booking volumes and address performance gaps. Manage break bulk and chartering negotiations, fixtures, and cargo documentation. Oversee team priorities, resolve conflicts, and support business growth objectives. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in Break Bulk / Freight Forwarding / Commercial Shipping.

Position Assistant Manager HR Location – BKC, Mumbai Key Responsibilities : Ensure full compliance with DG Shipping regulations and look after RPSL Audits . Assistant Manager - HR will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions to support business operations in Oil and Gas sector. Develop and implement HR strategies & policies aligned with business objectives Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies especially for technical / field and office roles Partner with line manager to drive performance management and succession planning. Ensure compliance with RPSL, labor laws, safety regulations and industry specific guidelines. Manage industrial relations and resolve complex employee issues and grievances. Lead training and development initiatives, with focus on operational excellence and safety. Design competitive compensation and benefits package suited for field and office personnel.
