We are an early-stage games startup building micro-casual, hyper-casual, casual and experimental games for Android and web platforms.Our focus is on lean development, fast learning, and sustainable monetisation.We are looking for a Revenue Lead who will take complete ownership of monetisation, user acquisition, and revenue growth across our games portfolio.This is a hands-on role with strategic responsibility and long-term leadership potential.The Role
As Revenue Lead, you will own how our games earn money and scale.You will work closely with the founder (product and creative) and act as the revenue and performance owner for the studio.This role is ideal for someone who wants to build systems, not just run campaigns.Key Responsibilities
Monetisation Strategy
Own ad-based monetisation (AdMob and similar networks)Design rewarded ads, interstitial frequency, and ad placementOptimise ARPDAU, LTV, and retention balanceManage IAP pricing (remove ads, cosmetic unlocks)User Acquisition & Performance Marketing
Run and optimise Meta Ads and Google UACTest and iterate ad creativesControl CPI and scaling decisionsManage ad budgets responsiblyPlatform & Market Growth
Handle Android, iOS and web game distributionPlan country rollouts and expansion strategyOptimise performance across regionsCoordinate launches with platform requirementsAnalytics & Reporting
Own analytics dashboards and performance trackingMonitor retention, funnels, cohorts, and revenueShare clear weekly performance summariesTurn data into actionable decisionsPortfolio Revenue Management
Decide which games to prioritise for revenueRecommend pause, iterate, or sunset decisionsSupport cross-promotion and portfolio growthWhat You Will Not Be Responsible For
