You join as an equal partner in building a new Indian game ecosystem.You bring capital, clarity, courage, and long-term vision.We bring the fire: art, design, music, tech, and the creative engine of ABSOLUTEARTT®.

What You’ll Lead

1. Studio & IP Building

Shape our slate of original games: Afterlight, Twosome, Duel, Pani Puri Panic, Lallu Auto Drift and many more.Build a rapid prototyping culture across Construct 3 and Unity.Push art-driven, emotionally intelligent game design.Create mid-core and hyper-casual hits with global publishers.

2. Publishing & Partnerships

Develop and scale partnerships with Kwalee, Homa, CrazyLabs, Poki, GamePix, and more.Build our ABSO Arcade portal and prepare ABSO Play, our social multiplayer platform, for a 2027 beta.

3. Business & Growth

Drive a 5-year runway: 100 plus titles, 1M MAU, and ₹40–50 Cr valuation target.Lead the move from prototype to platform: publishing, distribution, cross-media IP, and NeuralWorxx™ sound integration.Build a lean, sharp 25 plus member team by Year 5.

4. Funding & Finance

Help shape Seed and Series A rounds.Co-pilot investor relations.Push toward our target ROI of 4–6x within five years.
