Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Officer – Retention Marketing who will focus on driving user engagement, repeat purchases, and customer loyalty through WhatsApp, Email, and Win-back campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and comfortable with CRM and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute WhatsApp, Email, and SMS campaigns to drive user engagement and repeat conversions.
• Create and manage win-back campaigns targeting inactive and churned customers.
• Work with the creative team to develop compelling content and communication strategies.
• Segment audiences for personalized outreach and optimize communication frequency.
• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, open rate, conversion rate, repeat rate).
• Support in managing CRM databases and ensuring accurate customer segmentation.
• Collaborate with product and customer support teams to enhance post-purchase experiences.
• Identify retention gaps and propose new strategies to improve lifetime value (LTV).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM / retention marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing tools, email automation platforms, and basic analytics dashboards.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and result-focused.
