The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified sales leads for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of IT solutions and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking). - Generate qualified sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information. - Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and strategies. - Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads through the sales funnel. - Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets. - Stay informed about industry developments and the company’s product offerings. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. - Proven experience in IT sales or lead generation (preferred). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement. - Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
