About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals (preference for female candidates) to join our IT Sales Team.
You’ll be calling potential clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, and UK to introduce our IT services and solutions, build rapport, and close deals.

This is a performance-based opportunity for people who are ambitious and want to earn unlimited incentives — not just a fixed salary!

What You’ll Do:

• Handle outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Present and promote IT products and services.
• Maintain relationships with international clients.
• Achieve sales targets to unlock higher incentive slabs.
• Work closely with our IT and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent spoken English is a must.
• Confident, positive, and self-driven personality.
• Experience in Sales / BPO / International Calling preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (USA/UK time zones).
• Ready to work from our Chandigarh office.
