Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1 - 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills across digital and print media. This role requires a highly creative individual who can turn concepts into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling visuals for various platforms (web, social media, email, print).
• Design and produce a wide range of graphics including infographics, banners, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure all graphics and layouts are on-brand, visually engaging, and aligned with project requirements.
• Adapt and resize graphics for different formats and applications as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print platforms.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software.
• Familiarity with social media design trends and best practices.
