Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Hyderabad. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, crafting intuitive user experiences, and creating visually appealing designs. Prototyping and testing conceptual ideas will be integral to the role to ensure seamless and engaging user interfaces that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and experience in conducting User Research
• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design, with a focus on usability and user-centric solutions
• Expertise in Visual Design and Prototyping
• Familiarity with design tools and technologies relevant to creating effective user experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Previous experience in designing for platforms related to customer experiences or similar domains is a plus
