Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retention Marketing Executive to support our marketing team in building customer loyalty and repeat engagement. The role focuses on assisting in campaign execution, customer communication, and basic data reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are starting their career in digital marketing and want to specialize in customer retention and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Campaigns & Journeys

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel customer journeys (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, RCS).
• Design and deploy personalized campaigns to increase retention and engagement.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns across customer segments.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads for tracking campaign performance and user behavior.
• Maintain and update Excel dashboards for campaign reporting.
• Conduct cohort analysis and performance reviews to support decision-making.

Retention Marketing Strategy

• Drive lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at reducing churn and improving engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for behavior-based targeting and personalization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in retention marketing.
• Basic proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console
• Working knowledge of Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables)
• Strong understanding of customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and user segmentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with a problem-solving approach.
