Key Responsibilities

• Execute

  WhatsApp, Email, and SMS campaigns

  with accuracy and timeliness.

• Segment customer base

  and target cohorts for personalized communication.
• Maintain

  campaign calendars

  and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Assist in creating

  automation flows

  and lifecycle journeys.
• Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure

  brand-aligned messaging

• Monitor and report

• Take ownership of day-to-day execution while learning advanced retention strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience

  in marketing/CRM/retention roles (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of

  WhatsApp, Email, and SMS marketing tools

  (MoEngage preferred).
• Understanding of

  segmentation, targeting, and customer lifecycle basics

  .
• Strong

  analytical thinking

  and cohort awareness.

• Copywriting sense

  – understanding what’s engaging vs. what’s not.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in execution.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn

  advanced retention practices

• Customer-first mindset

  with a strong understanding of brand values.
