ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Retention Marketing Associate who will help build and execute strategies to engage, retain, and grow our existing customer base. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to craft campaigns that deliver value, loyalty, and repeat purchases. This is an excellent role for someone starting out in marketing and keen to learn the fundamentals of customer lifecycle management.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• 
  Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Help create engaging content for newsletters, post-purchase journeys, and loyalty offers.
• Monitor campaign performance, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with creative teams for timely design and copy requirements.
• Maintain and update customer lists and segments.
• Analyse customer data and share insights for better targeting and personalization.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, subject lines, and messaging.
• Stay updated with trends in retention and lifecycle marketing.

WHO YOU ARE

• 
  0-3 years of experience in retention, CRM, or digital marketing. Freshers with relevant internships are welcome.
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools (like Klaviyo, Mailchimp) or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with data and drawing actionable insights.
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Curious, eager to learn, and ready to experiment with ideas.
• Team player who can work with cross-functional teams.
