Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Shared Services:

  • Manage complete HR lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and data management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all HR transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

HR Information Systems (HRIS):

  • Oversee HRIS platform maintenance, data accuracy, and regular system updates.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and reporting.

Employee Experience:

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns to ensure a positive and responsive employee experience.
  • Support grievance handling and ensure timely resolution.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relavant work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
