Retainer - HR Operations (On Contract)

Your primary focus will be on HR Operations & Shared Services, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all HR transactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. In the realm of HR Information Systems (HRIS), you will oversee the maintenance of the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and conducting regular system updates. Your expertise will be instrumental in recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system efficiency and reporting. A key aspect of your role will involve managing the Employee Experience, where you will act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns to facilitate a positive and responsive employee experience. You will also provide support in grievance handling and ensure timely resolution of issues. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and possess 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
