As an HR Operations & Shared Services specialist, your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely processing of all HR transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. In the area of HR Information Systems (HRIS), you will be responsible for overseeing HRIS platform maintenance, data accuracy, and regular system updates. Your expertise will be crucial in recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system efficiency and reporting. To enhance the overall employee experience, you will act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns, ensuring a positive and responsive environment. Additionally, you will support grievance handling processes and work towards timely resolutions.
