What Youll Do

Train clinic teams on
customer handling, communication, empathy & service recovery
Coach teams on
soft skills, body language, grooming & confidence
Enable
need-based selling
and improve service & package conversions
Handle
objection management & escalation frameworks
Design
engaging training modules, SOPs & quick guides
Conduct
on-floor coaching
and collaborate with clinic & CX teams

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in
CX / soft skills / service training
Strong communication, facilitation & coaching skills
Experience in
retail, BPO, healthcare, hospitality, or pet care
is a plus
Comfortable working in
pet-friendly clinic environments
Passion for service excellence and people development
