Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, animal-loving Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pet hypermarket and grooming parlour. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pets, skilled in retail and team management, and capable of ensuring an exceptional in-store customer experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, grooming services, and driving overall store performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:Store Operations:

• Oversee all aspects of the retail store and grooming parlour operations.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Monitor and maintain grooming service quality and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations for both animals and staff.

Sales & Customer Service:

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and upselling.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff and groomers.
• Create staff schedules and manage payroll hours effectively.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Reduce stock loss through effective stock control and loss prevention measures.
• Coordinate with procurement for seasonal or promotional stock.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
