Retail Store Manager

Role Summary

The Assistant Store Manager for Small Home Appliances will ensure strong sales performance, product knowledge expertise, and superior customer service across small home appliance categories such as mixer grinders, cooktops, fans, water heaters, induction, OTG, vacuum cleaner, irons, blenders, and other kitchen & home appliances.

This role supports the Store Manager in driving business growth, team management, merchandising excellence, and stock control for the assigned category.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve category-wise monthly sales targets.
• Lead upselling & cross-selling in appliances + accessories.
• Implement promotional & seasonal campaigns effectively.
• Monitor competitor offers, pricing, consumer choices & trends.

Customer Experience Excellence

• Provide expert product demonstrations with technical clarity.
• Ensure differentiated and customer-friendly purchase experience.
• Handle escalated complaints related to small appliances category.

Category Merchandising & Display

Stock & Inventory Management

Team Coordination & Training

Reporting & Documentation

Skills Required

• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Excellent product demonstration and technical understanding
• Leadership & team management capability
• Retail POS and basic Excel knowledge
• Passion for home & kitchen appliances technology

Qualifications

• Graduation preferred (Any discipline)
• 2–5 years experience in consumer durable / appliance retail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
