Dear Candidate, Greetings from Bianca Home Decor. ! We are having an opening for a Retail Store Manager at our Flagship Store based at Thane & Vashi. Please refer to the Job description below. Designation: Retail Store Manager Location: Thane (Dosti) & Vashi (Inorbit) Role & responsibilities Drive sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service delivery and adherence to company norms. Planning and managing the store visual & merchandise displays, implementation of the sales development & promotional activities as per the plan. Monitor all point of sales activities in the store including sales transactions, tracking payments, maintaining inventory updates(stock taking), handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback. Shall be responsible to generate Revenue through Project Sales. Suggest and Drive the branding activities in the Institutional Sector. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and cultivate a long term customer relationship. Analysing and interpreting market, industry and competitor trends to facilitate Marketing and sales planning. Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by required analysis and planning.
