ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant who will enhance the in-store experience at सादा / SAADAA by engaging with customers, maintaining visual standards, and driving sales. You will be the face of the brand — ensuring every customer leaves not just with better basics, but with a better experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Greet and assist customers with styling and product recommendations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle queries professionally.
• Maintain store aesthetics, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Manage stock levels and support daily store operations.
• Drive sales by promoting offers and achieving store targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance standards in-store.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure timely documentation.

WHO YOU ARE

• 0–3 years of experience in fashion retail, styling, or customer-facing roles.
• Passionate about fashion, customer experience, and simple aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in store management.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
