Roles and Responsibilities Manage showroom sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Oversee retail sales activities, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field (gold & diamond industry preferred). Strong understanding of gold selling principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
Roles & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day showroom operations and staff. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and handle VIP clients. Supervise billing, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness. Train and motivate sales staff to improve performance. Coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment. Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management.
