Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers in finding jewellery pieces they will cherish for a lifetime, while ensuring every interaction reflects our values of trust and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, understand their preferences, and guide them to suitable pieces.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design, to educate and inspire customers.
• Sales & Upselling: Recommend products confidently, upsell and cross-sell when appropriate, while respecting customer budgets.
• Jewellery Services: Assist with cleaning, repairs, and alterations in coordination with our artisans.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, restock displays, and participate in regular inventory checks.
• Payment Handling: Process transactions accurately, managing both cash and card payments.
• Visual Merchandising: Support in creating attractive displays that enhance store appeal.
• Customer Relationships: Build long-lasting connections with customers, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for jewellery with an eye for design and detail.
• Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewellery care.
• Team player with a positive attitude and service mindset.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is essential.

Working Hours

Full-time role with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
