Position Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Associate to support our growing online sales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital platforms, creating visual content, and interacting with customers online.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Engagement: Interact with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms.
• Content Creation: Use to edit product images, promotional banners, and social media content.
• Product Showcasing: Help post and highlight new collections online.
• Sales Support: Share product information, assist customers virtually, and support order processing.
• Marketing Assistance: Contribute to digital campaigns and promotions.
• Customer Care: Support follow-ups to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in .
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Comfortable using social media and messaging platforms for business.
• Resident of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
• Interest in jewellery and visual content creation.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.

Working Hours

• Part-time role with flexible hours (4–5 hours per day).
• Weekend availability preferred.
