About the Role

Digital Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise

    Google Ads

    campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
  • Manage

    Meta Ads campaigns

    across Facebook & Instagram including audience segmentation, retargeting, and pixel implementation.
  • Run effective

    LinkedIn promotional campaigns

    (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content, InMail).
  • Execute

    Play Store/App Store marketing

    including app promotion campaigns and ASO-driven advertising strategies.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform

    on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

    to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct

    keyword research

    , competitor analysis, and implement best SEO practices.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like

    Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO audit tools

    .
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, site structure, and page load performance.
  • Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.

3. Campaign Optimization & Reporting

  • Track and analyse the performance of all campaigns across platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly insights and performance dashboards for management review.

4. Content & Communication

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and SEO-optimized content.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Present campaign strategies, results, and improvements with strong verbal and written communication.

5. Market Research & Strategic Inputs

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Analyse competitors and identify new digital opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and implementing digital growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2+ years of digital marketing experience

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    Google Ads, Meta Marketing, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and Play Store/App Store marketing

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    , and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for technical SEO.
