Role Overview

Human Resource Generalist

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the complete HR lifecycle, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments within Aadyanta Labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end HR operations

  — recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and exit management.

• Support and manage Team Arista

  , ensuring high engagement, performance, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and compliance processes.
• Plan and execute

  employee engagement and retention strategies

• Drive performance appraisals, feedback systems, and capability-building initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation and statutory compliance.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar HR roles.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling fast-paced startup environments.
