Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Store Sales) to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and ensure superior customer satisfaction at our T. Nagar, Chennai retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the store. Manage and motivate the store sales team to deliver excellent customer service. Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and sales conversions. Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer retention. Track sales performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and product launches. Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and compliance standards. Key Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1–4 years of experience in retail or store sales, preferably in fashion, electronics, or FMCG sectors. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of POS systems and MS Office tools. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts as per business needs.
