Job Summary: We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience that reflects the brand’s aesthetics and values. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery that suits their style and occasion. Provide detailed product information — including materials, craftsmanship, and styling ideas. Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales services professionally. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the jewellery displays are attractive and organized. Process sales transactions accurately through billing systems (POS). Keep track of stock levels and inform the manager about fast-moving or low-stock items. Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and brand stories. Uphold store cleanliness, security, and jewellery care guidelines. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods). Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality. Good command of English and Hindi (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Attention to detail with a sense of aesthetics and presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software. Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during festive seasons.
