This role is responsible for the entire online customer lifecycle, from managing product listings and executing digital marketing campaigns to processing orders and providing excellent online customer service. Coordinate with the packing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of all orders. Manage online returns and exchanges efficiently. Online Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for all online customer inquiries (via email, chat, and phone). Provide expert advice on products, sizing, custom orders, and shipping. Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing campaigns, and social media promotions. The ideal candidate will serve as an ambassador for our brand, providing expert guidance to dancers, parents, and teachers. You will be responsible for driving sales by helping customers find the perfect costumes, temple jewellery, and accessories for their needs. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers, providing a warm and professional service. Expert Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert. Listen to customer needs and provide detailed product knowledge on Bharatanatyam costumes, practice sarees, imitation temple jewellery, and various dance accessories. Sales: Assist customers with selections, fittings, and understanding custom order options. Proactively recommend and upsell complementary items (e.g., full jewellery sets, bells, makeup).
