🧾 Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Retail Store Executive / Sales Associate to join KA53 Mens Club, a leading men’s fashion and gymwear brand in Bangalore. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing daily store operations, and maintaining a premium shopping experience. 🧰 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them in selecting products based on size, fit, and style. Explain product features, fabric types, and ongoing offers. Manage store cleanliness, product display, and stock arrangement. Handle billing, exchange, and order confirmation. Maintain daily sales records and coordinate with the manager for targets. Capture customer feedback and encourage Google reviews. Handle online orders and packaging when required. Ensure trial rooms, racks, and shelves are neat and organized. 📦 Skills RequiredGood communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi. Basic knowledge of men’s clothing and size charts. Sales and customer service skills. Basic computer/mobile app usage (billing, WhatsApp, etc.). Positive attitude, grooming, and discipline.
