Role Overview We are looking for a vibrant, imaginative, and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As the "face" of our toy shop, your mission is to spark joy and curiosity. You will assist customers in finding the perfect gifts, maintain a magical store environment, and ensure every child leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet families warmly and proactively assist customers in navigating our collection based on age-appropriateness and interests. Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest toy trends, board game rules, and educational benefits of our inventory. Demonstrations: Enthusiastically demonstrate how toys and games work to engage young shoppers and their parents. Store Visuals: Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You’ll help create "play zones" that invite exploration. Sales & Checkout: Efficiently process transactions using the POS system and handle gift-wrapping requests with care. Safety & Cleanliness: Monitor the floor to ensure a safe environment (e.g., picking up stray pieces) and perform light cleaning duties. Required Skills & Qualifications High Energy: A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to stay patient and upbeat in a high-traffic environment. Communication: Strong verbal skills; able to speak effectively to both toddlers and adults. Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential, especially during weekends and holiday seasons.
