Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will assist in content creation, platform scheduling, research, and community engagement. Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM Reporting to: Social Media Marketing Executive Responsibilities: Content Creation Support · Assist in planning and creating daily content (e.g., Reels, Stories, Carousels, Product Posts) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest · Coordinate with the photographer, designer, or in-house team for product shoots and flat lays · Write basic captions and hashtags aligned with the brand’s tone and seasonal themes · Use tools like Canva or CapCut to edit basic visual content for social use Social Media Calendar & Scheduling · Maintain and update the monthly content calendar in Google Sheets or Notion · Schedule posts and stories using tools like Meta Business Suite · Ensure that posts go out on time, in the right format, and are tagged properly Trend Research & Inspiration · Actively explore Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts to identify trending audio, styles, or formats relevant to jewelry/fashion · Maintain a tracker or folder of trend references, competitor content, and visual inspiration · Share weekly trend updates with the senior team to support agile campaign planning Community Engagement · Monitor DMs, comments, tags, and mentions and respond in the brand’s voice · Escalate customer support queries to the right team · Identify and engage with followers, influencers, and happy customers to encourage UGC (user-generated content) Influencer Coordination Support · Maintain a tracker of active collaborations, content due, and dispatch statuses · Help pack and dispatch jewelry for influencer collaborations or giveaways · Follow up politely with creators for deliverables and maintain good rapport Analytics & Reporting · Pull weekly performance data from Instagram Insights or Meta Suite · Log metrics such as reach, likes, saves, shares, follower growth, and top-performing content · Organize these insights in a readable format (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) for the senior team to review Brand Aesthetic Maintenance · Keep the content library and mood boards organized with fresh, relevant reference material · Ensure that all posts, fonts, filters, and colors are on-brand and consistent · Support senior marketers in creating product descriptions or storylines that align with brand values Requirements: · 0.5–2 years of digital or social media experience (internship included) · Familiar with Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets · Comfortable with video editing apps (InShot, CapCut, etc.) · Good written English and understanding of aesthetics · Passionate about jewelry, fashion, or beauty branding · Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and influencer tools · Creative thinking + project management abilities · Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
