The ideal candidate will be a style-savvy individual with a strong sales acumen, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement. Generate sales by understanding customer needs and providing personalized fashion assistance and wardrobe selection advice. Identify and build relationships with high-value customers to encourage repeat business. Take responsibility for attractive and organized merchandise arrangements as per visual merchandising standards. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management according to company guidelines. Effectively promote new seasonal merchandise and collections to customers. Inform customers about ongoing promotional offers and store events. Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience. Desired Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language. A confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Flexibility and openness to working in shifts. Prior experience in a sales role, preferably within the apparel or retail industry.
