Role Overview:

We’re looking for a confident, well-spoken Salesman to join our in-store team at ZenMen Studio. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with clients while helping them choose the right outfit for weddings, events, and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients at the studio.
• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable designs or customization options.
• Explain fabric details, colour choices, and tailoring services.
• Handle sales billing, measurements coordination, and follow-up with customers.
• Maintain the store’s visual presentation and inventory display.
• Coordinate with the design and tailoring teams for smooth order processing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or men’s clothing sales.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Polite, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Knowledge of fabrics, ethnic wear, or tailoring is a plus.
