Role & responsibilities

Sales and strategy

• Develop sales strategies:

  Create and implement plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration with retail clients.

• Achieve revenue goals:

  Consistently meet sales targets, which may include setting individual and team quotas.

• Market research:

  Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay ahead of industry trends, and understand competitor activity.

• Pricing and proposals:

  Develop pricing models for new advertising products and create compelling sales proposals and pitches for potential clients.

Client and relationship management

• Build and maintain relationships:

  Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential retail clients.

• Understand client needs:

  Communicate with clients to understand their advertising goals, requirements, and concerns.

• Manage accounts:

  Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through closing deals, and manage key accounts.

• Client service:

  Ensure client satisfaction by providing support and addressing issues that arise during and after campaigns.

Campaign execution and collaboration

• Collaborate internally:

  Work with marketing, creative, and other departments to develop promotional ideas and create effective advertising materials.

• Oversee campaign creation:

  Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce promotional materials that align with client needs and strategy.

• Monitor campaign performance:

  Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing insights

- Weekly & Monthly business conversation tracking

- Advt Creative Management (Content approval, Censor etc)

- Co-ordination with RM & Res.

- Movie mailer to DSA.

- Inventory management of screens

- Revenue & Outstanding Collection
