Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Planner located in Kochi. The Retail Planner will be responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing consumer demand, and planning product assortments. Day-to-day tasks include demand planning, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring products are distributed efficiently across retail locations. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to optimize retail operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Plan product assortments based on seasons, trends, and local demand in Company's franchise Store/Exclusive Business outlet
• Maintain optimum stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Forecast sales using past data and market insights
• Track key metrics like sell-through and stock turnover
• Allocate budgets for buying and stock distribution
• Prepare reports and share planning insights with teams
• Understand customer preferences to plan better
• Coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and store teams

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for demand forecasting and trend analysis
• Demand Planning and Inventory Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Retail operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using retail management software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the fashion or inner-wear industry is a plus
