We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee retail operations for a leading fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and building high-performing store teams across the assigned region.

📍 Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore/Kolkata

💼 Role Type: Full-time | Senior Management

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple retail stores within the region.

Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.

Ensure seamless store operations and adherence to brand standards.

Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff.

Monitor KPIs, analyze business performance, and implement action plans.

Build strong customer engagement and deliver exceptional brand experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, VM, HR) to support business goals.

Requirements:

8–12 years of experience in fashion/lifestyle retail, with at least 3–4 years in a regional or cluster management role.

Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.

Proven track record of driving sales and delivering results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
