Retail Operations Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Executive at MALABAR GROUP HEADQUARTERS, your main responsibility will be to effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing, and administration of the showroom. You will need to understand sales, profitability, and other business targets, as well as the achievement methodology. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, suggesting sales efficiency and quality improvements, and optimizing costs through benchmarking leading practices. Interacting with customers to understand their requirements, buying patterns, and ensuring they are served as per the Brand Promise will also be a key part of your role. It is important to maintain stock levels and replenish them based on sales and customer preferences, while also understanding and following the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
