Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, sales, and customer service quality.
- Implement operational policies for efficiency and profitability.
- Allot duties and take reports from all brand retail locations.
- Audit all locations for maintaining stock & quality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Excellent computer skills in Excel , Word ,Power point.
- Solid experience in using Pos.
