As the Retail Marketing Manager for Zoya, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness for our luxury jewellery brand. This is a full-time, regular position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for Zoya, in line with the company's overall objectives and goals - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the luxury jewellery industry - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions - Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are within budget and aligned with the company's financial goals - Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry professionals - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for Zoya - Plan and execute events and activations to promote the Zoya brand and products - Oversee the visual merchandising and store displays for Zoya retail locations - Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure their successQualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury retail industry - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns - Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools - Willingness to travel as neededAdditional Parameters: - Passion for luxury jewellery and the ability to understand and communicate the brand's values and aesthetic - Knowledge of the local market in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India - Experience in retail marketing and visual merchandising is a plusIf you are a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for luxury jewellery, we encourage you to apply for the Retail Marketing Manager-Zoya position at Titan.
