Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front and back of house, leading the team, driving sales, ensuring quality and hygiene standards, and maintaining operational efficiency in line with brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff supervision, and guest service
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experience
  • Monitor and control inventory, food costs, labor, and waste to achieve operational targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards
  • Oversee cash handling, POS system usage, and daily sales reconciliation
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Schedule staff shifts, approve attendance, and coordinate with HR on staffing needs
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth BOH-FOH operations
  • Track sales performance and implement local marketing/promotions to boost revenue
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
  • Ensure all brand standards, SOPs, and service guidelines are consistently followed
  • Report to higher management with performance metrics and improvement plans

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Hands-on, guest-focused, and solutions-oriented attitude

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with [specific cuisine type or restaurant format, e.g., Italian, QSR, Cloud Kitchen]
  • Training in food safety or hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe)
  • High energy, strong leadership presence, and a passion for hospitality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
