Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clubhouse & Amenity Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, game room, and other recreational facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all clubhouse areas.
• Schedule and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Monitor clubhouse inventory (furniture, gym equipment, sports gear, etc.).

2. Resident Engagement & Events:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, fitness programs, and social gatherings.
• Develop and implement engagement activities to enhance community living.
• Handle clubhouse reservations for private and community events.
• Gather resident feedback and address concerns to improve clubhouse experiences.

3. Staff & Vendor Supervision:

• Hire, train, and manage clubhouse staff, including receptionists, lifeguards, and maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate with security personnel to ensure clubhouse safety.
• Oversee third-party vendors for cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and repairs.

4. Budget & Financial Oversight:

• Assist in preparing and managing the clubhouse budget.
• Track expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Handle membership fees (if applicable) and rental charges for clubhouse events.

5. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and incident reports.
• Implement and enforce clubhouse rules and policies.

6. Communication & Reporting:

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding clubhouse-related matters.
• Provide regular reports to the property management or residents association.
• Manage clubhouse-related communications via newsletters, social media, and notice boards
