Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, based in Bandra. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory and supplies, addressing customer inquiries or issues, and fostering a positive dining experience for guests. The role also includes staff hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality guest experience
Proven ability in Hiring and managing a team to support restaurant operations
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with both guests and team members
Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage industry standards and operations
Leadership and organizational skills to manage daily operations efficiently
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Prior experience as a restaurant manager or a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality or management is a plus
