Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at our upscale rooftop restaurant and bar in Dwarka, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of bringing in new clients, managing private party/event bookings, and driving business growth while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with potential clients, corporates, event planners, and local businesses to secure party bookings and group reservations.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase footfall, including collaborations, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
• Generate leads through networking, field visits, social media, and local marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a database of repeat and potential clients for targeted promotions and loyalty programs.

Operations & Team Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, manage vendors, and control costs and wastage.

Customer Service & Guest Experience

• Handle VIP guests, special requests, and client relations with professionalism and poise.
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience through regular service audits, guest feedback, and staff training.

Event Management

• Coordinate all aspects of party bookings including menu planning, decor, entertainment, seating arrangements, and client requirements.
• Ensure smooth execution of events, managing staff and operations during high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management.
• Demonstrated ability to bring in new clients and manage high-volume party bookings.
• Strong local network in Dwarka/New Delhi hospitality and event industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
